My Story
Before I started Vision Torch, I was stuck in a job that just didn't feel right.
Every day was the same, and it quickly became clear that this wasn't the life I wanted. This feeling grew stronger when I talked to people who were also unhappy with their jobs but didn't know how to change things.
I always wanted a job where I could use my Engineering skills in working with people, being creative, and helping others grow. I wanted a job that was about making real changes and thinking outside the box: this meant I needed to take a Step up.
Hearing others talk about their own struggles and dreams pushed me even more to make a difference.
Deciding to become a coach and consultant wasn't just a career change; it felt like my true calling. I learned from mentors, took courses, and got advice from friends who knew their stuff. Each step helped me build Vision Torch into what it is today: a program that doesn’t just give advice but really changes lives.
Now, with Vision Torch, I help others find their spark and build lives they're excited about every day. For me, this work is more than just a job, my purpose. It’s all about helping people not just dream about a better life, but actually live it.
